OSCA August Moon Dinner 2020

26 September, 2020
OSCA held its August Moon Dinner on the 26th of September 2020at the Golden Harvest Restaurant. Around 110 people attended and OSCA Lion dance Team Performed for the diners. Linus Chin the President made the welcome speech and acknowledged Golden Harvest Restaurant (Leah and Duncan Sew Hoy) who donated 2 Peking Duck Vouchers that we auctioned. Colin Lim from I Love Merino donated a $100 voucher as well as a discount voucher from For Kiwis. Hector Wong donated honey, and Leo Li from Dunedin City Pharmacy donated some more items for the raffle.

Kiwi Panda Cup and Chinese Charity Cup

On the 26th September, 2020, at Forsyth Barr Stadium, Football South held the first-ever Chinese Charity Cup Day, with the inaugural Kiwi Panda Cup final being played, followed by the Chinese Charity Cup final, along with halftime Chinese entertainment, and food prepared by the Dunedin Young Chinese Professional club.

Hi All Due to the current Covid situation next Tuesday’s Meet & Greet with Labour and National Party candidates is now cancelled. The Partys have suspended all campaigning as they don’t believe it is time to campaign.
